Recently information technology amendment bill, 2008 has been introduced and passed by the parliament. Though the same is yet to be notified but talking of 2006 Bill is out of questions here. Secondly is he suggesting that the 2008 bill would again be introduced in the parliament as there is no question of introducing the 2006 bill anymore? When he says that the draft IT (Amendment) bill has been sent to the cabinet for consideration and the bill will be tabled in the next session of parliament, it does not make any sense.
